on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information

| Payment can only be accepted in Australian
Dollars.
Payment can be made via PayPal. Alternate means of payment may be arranged

As soon as a transaction is confirmed, Bear Affair receives
an authorisation that confirms payment.
After placing an order through this website the customer
will receive an email confirmation of the order. This will
act as a receipt of the payment made for the purchase.
Alternate means of payment will have a receipt provided either
by email or through traditional postal means.

| The risk on the products shall pass
to the customer on delivery once the products have been signed

| Right to return policy |
| Customers have the right to return
the goods in original packaging. The cost of the postage is
met by the customer. |
| Guarantee refunds and returned
goods |
If any products supplied are defective
Bear Affair will provide a full refund.
We will not accept responsibility for postal charges or lost
items when returning goods.
If you return your bear for any other reason within 40 days
of payment, a full refund will be given.
All returned non-defective goods must be in stock condition
and in the original packaging.
In the circumstance where we try to deliver your gift but
an incorrect delivery address has been entered on your order
form, we will contact you and offer you the option to have
your gift re-delivered, subject to a further shipping charge
(at cost).

| Cancellation |
| Bear Affair reserves the right to
refuse any order or part of order or to require further or better
information to enable it to evaluate or process the order. Bear
Affair accepts no liability for any failure to ship products
where this results from it inability to do so or its decision
on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided it takes all reasonable
steps to notify the customer within 14 days of order placement
that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases
Bear Affair will immediately refund any payments made in full.
The consumer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working
days which starts from the day after the day the customer receives
the goods. The customer will have to pay the cost of returning
the goods and Bear Affair will then refund the customers money
within 30 days of cancellation. |
